About the role
We’re currently on the lookout for a Field Officer to join our passionate and community-minded Apprenticeship and Traineeship team.
In this role, you’ll support and guide apprentices and trainees through every stage of their journey—from their first day on the job to successful completion of their training. You’ll also partner closely with host employers to ensure each placement adds real value and leads to long-term success for everyone involved.
You’ll be on the road regularly, meeting face-to-face with host businesses, apprentices and trainees—so if you’re someone who thrives on connection, loves variety, and enjoys helping others succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

Bonus points if you have experience in Group Training, employment services, labour hire, trades, sales, or recruitment—but it’s not essential.
