- Professional Development – We are committed to the growth and development of our psychologists, providing generous opportunities for professional development and paid supervision.
- Meaningful Work – Our not-for-profit status is underpinned by a commitment to community and client care. This translates into a supportive and meaningful workplace culture, where the focus is on impactful engagement.
- Holistic Approach – Our aim is to support clients to feel more confident and positive about being employed and ultimately to gain and keep employment.
- Short-Term, Goal-Oriented Client Engagement - We work in a brief intervention model with all clients on our caseload having a limited number of funded consultation hours. Our work is very solutions-focussed.
