About the Role
As a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting the growth, development, and success of a small team of Behaviour Support Practitioners while maintaining a reduced caseload of NDIS participants.
This position is ideal for an experienced practitioner who enjoys supporting others and is looking to take the next step in their leadership journey. Working closely alongside the Team Leader, you will gain hands-on leadership experience while continuing to deliver high-quality behaviour support services.
You will act as a key mentor and clinical resource for your team, helping practitioners build capability, confidence, and quality practice outcomes.
