About The Role:
As a Business Development Specialist in the Specialist Services Team, your primary responsibility is to establish and drive engagement with key stakeholders, including employment program providers of Workforce Australia, Transition to Work, and Parent Pathways. Your role is crucial in generating referrals to Community Solutions Psychology services by building and maintaining strategic relationships in priority areas across the service footprint.
Your day-to-day:
- Proactively engaging with employment services providers to maximise business opportunities for Community Solutions’ psychology services
- Collaborating with internal teams to support B2B sales strategies and enhance market presence
- Monitoring and reporting on referral targets and business development outcomes
- Promoting and delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with organisational values
- Undertaking travel as required to meet role objectives
What you will bring to the role:
- Demonstrated understanding of employment programs such as Workforce Australia, Transition to Work, and Parent Pathways.
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales, with a track record of achieving commercial outcomes.
- Strong ability to engage and partner with stakeholders to drive business objectives.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written.
- Competency with Microsoft programs and CRM systems.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
