As a Mentor in our Workforce Australia Team, you’ll be a driving force in helping people overcome barriers and take confident steps into employment. You’ll work alongside individuals from all walks of life, helping them unlock their potential, build lasting independence and achieve real-world success. Your focus will be on building trusted, meaningful relationships with customers. You’ll help them navigate challenges, identify strengths and move forward with tailored action plans that connect them to employment, training or support services. You'll champion their progress, celebrate milestones, and be a steady source of encouragement as they work toward long-term goals.
