About the Role

We’re looking for someone who’s motivated, organised and ready to step into a meaningful role as an NDIS Support Coordinator.

Maybe you’ve worked in the disability, health, or community sector. Maybe you’ve supported people through complex systems. If you’re confident working with people, juggling priorities and navigating services, we’ll support you to build the rest.

In this role, you’ll work closely with NDIS participants to understand their needs and goals, connect them with the right services and break down barriers.

What you’ll do:

  • Build strong relationships with participants, their families and support providers
  • Help people understand and use their NDIS plans
  • Coordinate supports and negotiate service options
  • Travel locally to meet with participants face-to-face
  • Balance your time between meaningful participant work and meeting targets
  • Take a big-picture approach to capacity building and problem solving

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in disability, community services, mental health, or similar
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Confidence working with digital tools and systems, particularly Excel
  • The ability to build rapport, communicate clearly and support people from all walks of life
  • A proactive, flexible mindset and the drive to learn
  • A business mindset and customer service focus
  • An understanding of the NDIS
