    What you will bring to the role

    • Completed degree qualification (or higher) in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or similar - a must
    • Experience mentoring BSPs and peer reviewing Behaviour Support Plans
    • An in depth understanding of good clinical practice, the jurisdictional requirements in your state and the context in which Behaviour Support is provided 
    • Knowledge of contemporary practices and philosophies in relation to service provision for people with intellectual and/or cognitive disabilities 
    • Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at a minimum of Core level and able to fulfill the requirements of endorsement as a Proficient Practitioner
    • Strong administration and computer skills, experienced in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
