About the Role As our Business Leader reporting to the State Manager (Employment Services), you will supervise a local team and lead the delivery of our Employment Services programs across Gladstone and Agnes Water. You will plan and guide your team to ensure high quality service is delivered each and every day to our job seekers. Other responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring team members so they have the support they need to succeed in their roles Fostering a positive team environment and culture through regular team catch ups, one on one meetings and ongoing coaching Monitoring and driving performance needed to achieve placement and outcome performance targets Ensuring the compliant use of employer incentives that align with job seeker employment success What will you bring to the role? Experience leading and coaching a team Proven capability in driving team performance and meeting outcomes and targets, preferably in the Employment Services industry A resilience to adapt accordingly as day-to-day situations present themselves Excellent time management, prioritisation and high-level organisation skills Strong administrative, compliance capabilities and IT skills - experience using ESS/WAOP and JobReady would be great but not essential Availability to travel as visits between sites will be required Additional requirements: Right to Work in Australia i.e. Australian/NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or visa with permanent work rights A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or the willingness to gain if successful. We will reimburse you the cost on commencement A current and valid Driver’s Licence Willingness to undertake a "Fit2Work" Police Check What can we offer you?
