The position involves scheduling appointments and reminders for Psychology clients, conducting appointment reminders, onboarding paperwork, adding clients to the client database, recording attendance, compiling invoices and assisting Psychologists with service enquiries.Other duties include:Providing a friendly and welcoming first point of contact and support for both internal and external clients via the telephoneSupport the wider NDIS Administration team in all workloads and activitiesMonitor, respond to and re-direct emails as appropriateMaintain a centralised customer spreadsheet and ensure data entry is accurate and up to datePreparation of service agreements and all relevant on boarding documentsMonitor and follow up all outstanding documentsProviding general front of house and office support to the clinical teams at the Preston site About YouExperience working in a reception environment, ideally with a Health PracticePrevious high level administrative experience from a similar fast paced roleDemonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise work in an environment with multiple and conflicting demandsAbility to draft and format complex written documentsA self-motivated problem solver who can work both independently and in a teamAccuracy and attention to detailIntermediate competency in Microsoft packages including Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Word and Excel.DAX experience an advantageBenefits and PerksPackage up to $15,900 of your annual salary tax free, and additional $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses.Use your pre-tax income to purchase a new or used car, saving on both the purchase price and running costs.Discounts on Corporate Private Health Insurances, Select Kia Vehicles, Solar Packages (QLD only) and appliances.Supportive Induction and Learning OpportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program.Reward and Recognition Program.Intrigued?
