This role will be a pivotal point of contact for all Specialist Services enquiries providing high level customer service and acting as an important information link for NDIS client referrals and leads. Working in a fast paced, lively environment, you will provide ‘expert’ knowledge to NDIS participants, providers, allied health services and other key stakeholders.Other key duties will include:Contacting clients to gain service improvement feedbackMaintaining client spreadsheets recording feedback, incidents and other service data ensuring data entry is accurate and up to dateMonitoring, responding to and redirecting emails to the relevant team membersSupporting the activities of the wider administrative team by taking overflow incoming calls and assisting with preparation of documentsPreparing and completing NDIS Onboarding Documents for Support Coordination and Behavioural SupportWhat you will bring to the role:Knowledge of NDIS and demonstrated experience providing a high level of information and guidance to clients and their family membersExcellent time management, attention to detail and prioritisation skillsExperience working in a high call environment as a part of an administration/client service teamYou are a true people person and enjoy communicating and building rapport with people from all backgroundsExtensive administration experience, compliance capabilities and IT skills - particularly with ExcelAbility to draft and format complex written documents, including NDIS related documents and reportsAdditional requirements:Right to Work in Australia i.e. Australian/NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or visa with Permanent Work Rights - excludes visas with Temporary Work RightsA current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and NDIS Worker's Screening Check/Yellow Card, or the willingness to gain these clearances if successful.
