We provide supportive education, training and employment programs to a diverse community and have a rich, inclusive history of delivering person centred training to those who face barriers in training and unemployment. We are part of Endeavour Foundation, one of Australia’s largest employers of people living with disability; so being inclusive and diverse is not just an aspiration – it is who we are! #TeamPossible! About the Role BRACE is seeking a highly motivated and skilled casual Trainer & Assessor to deliver and assess Certificate IV in Disability to our students.  Successful candidates will be:Facilitating dynamic training through classes, workplace visits and study support for their students across areas of MelbourneProviding educational support, coaching and specialist assistance to enhance student's learningManaging the learning process, including student engagement, course progression and adherence to Training SchedulesMarking and administrative tasks associated with training delivery and assessmentParticipating in moderation and validation activities if required About You In order to be considered for this role you must have:A TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 with the upgraded units plus aMinimum of a Certificate IV in Disability, with Graduate qualification in Special Education  a preferenceA current Australian Drivers Licence, a valid Working with Children Check and a NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)Before commencing with Community Solutions, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History CheckAdditional requirements: A current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker’s Screening, or the willingness to gain one if successful.
