If you are new to training, we will provide you with all the support and coaching you need to become a successful, engaging Trainer! About You Hold either Bachelor of Early Childhood, Diploma/Certificate III in ECEC or industry specific equivalent TAE40116 or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent Assessors must satisfy the Standards for Registered Training Organisations’ requirements for assessors Experience delivering nationally accredited Vocational Courses Ability to achieve assessment deliverables and compliance requirements. Experience in blended delivery: remote, online, face to face and industry workshops Demonstrated ability to engage students in a compassionate and understanding way; you are a true people person Additional requirements: A current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker’s Screening, or the willingness to gain one if successful.
