The role will also involve developing effective relationships with apprentices, host employers, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), schools and other stakeholders. We will of course provide you with everything you need to do your job successfully including a vehicle, laptop and mobile phone. Being out on the road visiting host employers and apprentices/trainees will be part of your everyday so if you're a true people person and you enjoy connecting and engaging with local business and apprentices then this is a fantastic opportunity! Other duties will include: Building and managing a caseload of apprentices and trainees Establishing networks with key industry groups, local businesses, state and local government organisations, schools, job networks and RTO providers Contributing to the establishment of procedures, processes and activities that ensure the efficient operation of field services in the GTO Completing all documentation relating to host business vacancies, requesting quotes, contracts etc Performance Management of apprentices and trainees About you Our successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and/or have an understanding of a Group Training Organisation (GTO) and come with account management and strong relationship building skills. You will also have proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and bring confidence to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
