If you are new to training, we will provide you with all the support and coaching you need to become a successful, engaging Trainer! About You The successful candidate needs a formal qualification in special education, like a Bachelor of Education with a Special Ed specialisation, a Graduate Diploma of Special Education, or a Master of Special Education. Additionally, you must have:TAE40116 or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent Experience delivering nationally accredited pre-accredited Foundation Skills courses Ability to achieve assessment deliverables and compliance requirementsExperience in blended delivery: remote, online, face to face and industry workshopsDemonstrated ability to engage students in a compassionate and understanding way; you are a true people person Additional requirements: A current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker’s Screening, or the willingness to gain one if successful.
