About the Role
Community Solutions are proud to be a Skilling Queenslanders for Work provider (SQW) offering projects that improve skills and employment opportunities for people seeking employment within our local communities.
Joining our Mackay team as a Project Coordinator, you will take the lead on all operational aspects of delivering our Coastal Careers project. Working with our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) partner, this project will deliver accredited training in the areas of Infrastructure and Resources plus construction, along with personalised support for participants. You will oversee the recruitment of participants, non-accredited work readiness training and project reporting.
The core focus of this project is to support our amazing participants on their journey to sustainable employment by helping them gain nationally recognised skills and qualifications, a potentially life changing step! Other responsibilities:
